In a suburban context we need development strategies and housing typologies that can react to changes in demand and like that evolve accordingly. Based on an infrastructural backbone that in sync with the current demands and locked to a confined space this study puts to test different levels of density in different stages of development. The ambition is to always end up with a plan that by itself can represent the final stage of development – no matter what step has been taken last.
