Seizing the opportunity to place professionals from different medical disciplines in one spot a feasibility studies was compiled to profoundly analyze the pros and cons of the concept. Possibilities of how to maximize the building space were investigated however the main focus was on how to purposefully centralize various medical services under one roof. The proposal stretches in-house activities all around the clock ranging from the daily medical consultation and prescription practices to evening workshops and public lectures. In close working relation with the client and the residents involved charts regarding work routine and visitor flows were compiled and evaluated. By deploying typical floor plans to that knowledge a conceptual understanding of potential spacial intervention and occupation was established which lead to a elaborate grasp of the project – its opportunities and its limitations.
